Yes! We are a pet-friendly apartment community near Denver International Airport designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.
AlfaCharlie offers 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments near Aurora ranging between 692 and 1,346 square feet in size. Each home features full size washer and dryer for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include wood style plank flooring and walk-in closets.
We offer fenced-in yards on select homes for rent at AlfaCharlie.
Tours & Applications
You’re welcome to schedule a tour ahead of time, or simply stop by—our team is happy to accommodate walk-ins.
Applying is simple and can be completed online through our website at your convenience.
Applicants must complete income verification using pay stubs or bank statements.
Renter’s insurance is required for all residents to help protect your home and belongings.
While AlfaCharlie does not participate in these programs at this time, our team is happy to answer any questions about available options.

Packages are delivered to Parcel Pending lockers and the community package room, which is accessible 24/7 for convenient pickup whenever it fits your schedule.

Furnished apartments are not currently available at our community.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal, by phone, by email, or in person.
Maintenance requests are typically addressed within one to two days. If a vendor is needed or parts must be ordered, completion times may be slightly longer.
Community Lifestyle
Residents can enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere with two to three resident events hosted each month, offering opportunities to connect with neighbors and engage in community life.
Quiet hours follow Denver guidelines and are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Noise concerns can be reported directly to the leasing office or to courtesy patrol between 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

Everyday essentials are easily accessible with nearby shopping options including King Soopers and Natural Grocers. AlfaCharlie offers convenient access to public transportation, with the 63rd & Peña RTD A-Line light rail station located just a four-minute drive away. The A-Line provides direct connections to Denver International Airport, downtown Denver, and destinations throughout the metro area, making commuting and regional travel simple and convenient.
Current Leases & Residency
Residents can renew their lease by selecting a renewal offer through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing team by phone, email, or in person.
Subleasing is not permitted.
If you need to end your lease early, a 60-day notice is required along with a lease termination fee. Please contact the leasing office for full details.
We require a 60-day notice prior to moving out to help ensure a smooth transition.
When you’re ready to move out, you’ll submit your notice to vacate, remove all belongings, clean the home by the lease end date, and return keys to the leasing office.
